This site was created by a City of Los Angeles employee who is fed up with the corruption and pay-to-play politics that dominates the headlines…and seems to be a way of life for the officials who are charged with 'running' this (often rudderless) and quickly decaying city. Mr. Hoffman works as a fire inspector and lives with his wife and two kids here in Los Angeles.  He enjoys current affairs and investigative journalism.  He is an avid OSINT investigator and has written dozens of CPRA requests.  He believes that if the regular and respectable workers of Los Angeles decide to finally put an end to the corruption, collectively this grass-roots effort might be enough to drive out many of the remaining bad actors.  The hope that we as a city will be rescued by the FBI and their once-in-a-blue moon take-down is unrealistic.  Positive change will require definitive action NOW!
